Junior Graphic Designer

Beam is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, able to think on their feet, and strong technical skills in both graphic design and video editing. In this role, you will report to our Senior Creative Director and support the creation of paid and organic assets, video content, emails, and packaging. This person must be ambitious, organized, and have the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. 

What you’ll do:

  • Create engaging digital assets for paid and organic platforms
  • Edit video footage from creator campaigns, turning them into compelling videos that engage and captivate our audience
  • Design highly performant email creative to support retention efforts 
  • Support print requests including packaging and direct mail 
  • Handle a variety of design-related projects as needed, adapting to evolving creative requirements and objectives

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital design for email and paid marketing
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and other packages
  • Familiarity with a test and learn creative framework: continue looking to iterate and find the next new winner.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and fast turnaround times.

Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role: Beam is looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. Director of eCommerce

About the Role: Beam is seeking a Director of eCommerce to oversee and manage Beam’s online storefront, sales and presence, working cross-functionally with our marketing, product and customer experience teams. Working in both a tactical and strategic capacity, you will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on Beam’s success through a combination of strategic planning, digital marketing, technology management, and data analysis.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from product discovery to purchase, including website design, user experience, and conversion rate optimization
  • Build and execute the commercial plan to drive growth on DTC; this includes, GWPs, sampling, bundles; and anything else that will drive sales growth, AOV, and conversion rate. 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Shopify platform, ensuring accurate product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Manage and optimize our Shopify Plus stores, including design, functionality, and integrations.
  • Build and execute the commercial plan to drive growth on DTC; this includes, GWPs, sampling, bundles; and anything else that will drive overall growth and productivity on the channel
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of ecommerce initiatives and regularly report on performance to the management team, as well as implied actions for improvements
  • Utilize data and analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and sales trends, providing actionable insights for ongoing testing and optimization

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, with an emphasis on direct-to-consumer business models 
  • Extensive experience with Shopify and Shopify Plus, including customizations and integrations.
  • Proven track record of driving significant eCommerce growth and improving customer experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Social Media Specialist/Creative Strategist

About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Creative Director to drive the social media strategy and deliver on-brand content across social channels - working in both a strategic and task-oriented capacity. This person must be passionate about social trends, love all things content creation, is extremely organized, and has the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.


What You’ll Do

  • Plan, manage and execute social media vision to drive brand discovery, customer engagement and sales
  • Research relevant trending content on a daily basis and report back to the team
  • Ideate and develop creative ideas for paid social ads - designed to drive growth (revenue) and customer engagement
  • Create UGC from scratch (videos and stills) / be in videos, edit videos including partner whitelisting content -experience with Capcut, Veed, photoshop
  • Create content for and manage all organic social channels - including posting on IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, Twitter etc.
  • Brainstorm and execute innovative new social strategies, test new platforms, and expand social monetization opportunities
  • Maintain deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis and ownership of data touch-points
  • Work with internal creative team and oversee social campaign strategy, leading social creative ideation to deliver innovative, best-in-class campaigns and meet channel growth goals
  • Develop and own multiple team KPIs for social media strategy to drive results toward our business goals over short and long-term that are reported to senior leadership
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance for social media best practices such as content publishing guidelines, KPI benchmarks, and channel growth strategies across our organization
  • Maintain a detailed creative calendar to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively


Who You Are

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in social media marketing, including creative development
  • Experience generating and executing large-scale social media campaigns across digital platforms with a track record of growing audiences and delivering on engagement metrics
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners/talent
  • Analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior executives and external agencies

Senior Frontend Web Developer - Shopify eCommerce

About the Role: As a Senior Frontend Web Developer, you will work closely with our growth, retention/CX, operations, and creative teams to bring innovative eCommerce solutions to life on our Shopify platform. Your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills will be essential in translating concepts into high-performing, user-friendly features that drive our business forward.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement eCommerce solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Translate technical requirements and design mockups into functional site features and enhancements.
  • Implement cutting-edge digital technologies and development techniques to optimize site performance and user experience.
  • Perform ongoing website maintenance, including updates and functional changes to our Shopify store.
  • Drive technical implementations that improve acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Design, develop, modify, and support software features across the stack, troubleshooting complex issues as they arise.

Who you are:

  • 6-8 years of experience developing websites on the Shopify platform, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem.

  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and data-driven product development (analytics, A/B testing, etc.).
