California Prop 65 Notice
What is CA Proposition 65?
California Proposition 65 (the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) requires businesses to provide warnings if their products may expose consumers to certain chemicals identified by the State of California as causing cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
Some of these chemicals — including naturally occurring heavy metals like lead — can be found in soil and water and may be present in plant-based ingredients, even when products meet federal safety standards.
The warning does not mean our products are unsafe. Proposition 65 sets very strict thresholds that are often far lower than standards established by the FDA and other regulatory agencies.
1. All Beam products are third party and independently tested for pesticides, heavy metals, label claims and purity.

3. Conduct toxicological review of ingredients and verification that the product meets the claims and contents shown on the label.
