How should I store my Beam products?

All of our products should be stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Changes in color can occur in natural products, but that will not change the potency of the product.

Does Dream Powder contain caffeine?

Dream Powder contains .003mg of natural caffeine from cocoa, which is considered a negligible amount. The amount does not counteract the efficacy of Dream nor will it have an impact on your sleep. For reference, a standard cup of coffee contains 80mg of caffeine.

Do Beam products contain allergens?

Dream Powder, Clarity Powder and Elevate Powders contain coconut. Beam products do not contain milk, dairy of any kind, eggs, fish, shellfish, wheat, gluten, soy, GMOs, or added sugar. Chocolate Peanut Butter Dream Powder contains peanut flour. Dream Powder and all Capsules contain extremely low amounts of sunflower proteins. Beam Kids

Does it contain any allergens?

Beam Kids is free from milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans and sesame. Beam Kids is also gluten-free. It’s made in an NSF-certified facility, where strict allergen control procedures are in place to prevent cross-contamination between products. As an added measure, we conduct multiple third-party testing on the final product to ensure it’s completely peanut-free.

What kind of testing has been done?

We conduct multiple third-party testing for heavy metals, yeast, mold and harmful bacteria like Salmonella, E. Coli, and Listeria.

Can I return it if my children don't like it?

What age is it for?

How do I create a login to access my account?

Right after you purchase a subscription, you should receive an email titled “Your Beam subscription confirmation.” This email prompts you to create an account.
Alternatively, you can navigate to “Account” then click on “Having trouble logging into your subscription?” to complete your account creation.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime until the day that your next order processes. You will receive an email 5 days before your order processes as a reminder. If you receive an email that the order has processed already and you cancel that same day, the order will ship and you will be charged.

Can I merge accounts so all of my products can be in one place?

Yes! reach out to VIP@beamtlc.com to let us know which accounts the emails are under and we can move those over to the desired account.
What about my rewards? Will they transfer over? Yes, we can manually move them over for you.

What kind of communication should I expect?

You’ll get email updates and if you opt into texts, you’ll get texts about your order.

How can I swap, skip, delay, or cancel my order?

What is the Beam Rewards program?

When does the referral reward get reflected in my account?

Once your code or link is redeemed toward an eligible purchase of $40 or more, $30 should be reflected in your account immediately.

How many referrals can I earn?

There’s no limit to how many times your code can get used for first-purchase transactions (or how many friends you can send it to). You’ll earn $30 on your first referral when they make a purchase of $40 or more

I still haven’t earned my rewards from referring a friend. What should I do?

If you sent your friend your link or code, it was used toward a purchase of $40 or more, and your reward hasn’t shown up in your account, please email hello@beamtlc.com, and we’ll look into it for you!

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points for credits in your account page in the Rewards tab.

I accidentally created two accounts. Can I combine them?

We got you! Email hello@beamtlc.com so that we can adjust your accounts for you.

Can I use my Rewards code and a discount code at the same time?

You can only use one discount code at a time, as Shopify prohibits stacked discounts.

Where can I see my Rewards balance?

We keep all of your points activity in your dashboard. Simply log into your account and navigate to the Rewards tab.

Shipping + Orders

Does Beam ship internationally?

Yes, in addition to all 50 states in the US we ship internationally!

Important: Due to local regulations, we cannot ship Dream Powder with Melatonin to the following countries but you can order our Melatonin Free version. Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Sweden, and Turkey.

Beam does not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Aland Islands, Belarus, Bouvet Islands, British Indian Ocean Terr., Caribbean Netherlands, Christmas Islands, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Cuba, Falkland Islands, French Southern Territories, Iran, Niue, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, U.S. Outlying Islands, Western Sahara, and Yemen.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days. After that, shipping can take ~5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected. Orders placed after 2pm ET will be processed the next business day. Once the order has processed, you will receive a shipment notification via email with a tracking number. Please note, selecting express/expedited shipping will not decrease an order's processing time.

Can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

Can I change my shipping address?

Once an order has been placed, your shipping address cannot be changed. You may edit your shipping address before an order has been placed by going into your account.

Can I can cancel my order after it has shipped?

While you can cancel an order before its charge date, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. You can check your account for shipping details.

What if my order says ‘Delivered’, but I didn’t receive it?

Occasionally, products may track as “delivered” before they actually arrive. We recommend waiting 48 hours. If it hasn’t arrived after that time, please reach out to us at hello@beamtlc.com.

Returns

What’s your return policy?

You are welcome to return unopened items to us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full product refund. However, if you choose to return a product, you will be responsible for shipping costs. We do not allow returns on opened items. Please email our support staff at hello@beamtlc.com for more information.
