Email & Retention Marketing Manager

About the Role: In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our email and SMS marketing campaigns, with a focus on converting new leads and reactivating lapsed customers on our list. You’ll be deeply hands-on in Klaviyo and Attentive, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and experimentation to drive results. Reporting to our VP of Lifecycle & Subscriber Growth, you’ll have the opportunity to flex your strategic and creative muscles—contributing to copy, concepts, and design for campaigns. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Plan, build, and optimize promotional email & SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive
  • Develop segmentation strategies and A/B tests to maximize engagement &  conversion
  • Own campaign reporting and performance analysis, turning insights into action.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, growth, and product teams to align messaging, timing, and promotional strategies
  • Concept and write email/SMS copy with an understanding of voice, tone, and brand positioning
  • Design lightweight email graphics or templates in Figma and troubleshoot basic HTML/CSS for email formatting
    Monitor deliverability, list health, compliance, and performance metrics

Who You Are: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in email and retention marketing, with hands-on experience in Klaviyo and Attentive (or comparable tools)
  • Strong grasp of HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshooting
  • Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Figma for light design and layout creation
  • Analytical mindset—you love digging for trends and using data to prove out your ideas 
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

  • Experience working at a DTC brand (especially on Shopify).

Head of Ecommerce

About the Role: Beam is seeking a Head of eCommerce to oversee and manage Beam’s online and Amazon storefronts, working cross-functionally with our Marketing, Product Operations, Creative and Customer Experience teams. Working in both a tactical and strategic capacity, you will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on Beam’s success through a combination of strategic planning, digital marketing, technology management, and data analysis.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from product discovery to purchase, including website design, user experience, and conversion rate optimization
  • Build and execute the commercial plan to drive growth on DTC; this includes, GWPs, sampling, bundles; and anything else that will drive sales growth, AOV, and conversion rate
  • Define and lead the strategy to scale the merchandising strategy for Beam’s Amazon storefront
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Shopify platform and external developer agency, ensuring accurate product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Manage and optimize our Shopify Plus stores, including design, functionality, and integrations
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of ecommerce initiatives and regularly report on performance to the management team, as well as implied actions for improvements
  • Utilize data and analytics tools to track conversion performance, product performance,  user behavior, and sales trends, providing actionable insights for ongoing testing and optimization

Who You Are:

  • 9+ years of experience in eCommerce, with an emphasis on direct-to-consumer business models 
  • Extensive experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus, and Amazon including customizations and integrations
  • Proven track record of driving significant eCommerce and Amazon storefront growth 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

About The Role: We're looking for a creative and highly organized marketer to help shape the future of our creator and ambassador programs. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end campaign execution—bringing partnerships to life through thoughtful storytelling, strategic collaboration, and seamless coordination. With a balance of creative insight and operational excellence, you'll have the opportunity to identify and build relationships with creators who align with our brand and guide them from initial outreach through to campaign success. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about influencer marketing, energized by a fast-paced environment, and is excited to make their mark on a growing brand.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including link and discount code creation, content brief distribution, product order placement, and go-live coordination
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and ambassadors, negotiating terms, closing deals, and managing ongoing communications to ensure performance-driven partnerships
  • Identify, vet, and onboard new creator and ambassador leads that align with brand goals and target audience
  • Maintain campaign trackers with up-to-date information on live dates, payments, content approvals, and performance metrics to ensure operational accuracy and transparency
  • Request content concepts in advance, provide feedback, and manage approvals to ensure assets meet brand standards and minimize reshoots
  • Confirm content goes live, log and review campaign data, conduct post-campaign analyses, and provide insights to partners to drive continuous improvement

Who You Are:

  • 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or campaign coordination (agency or in-house, ideally at a DTC brand)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Proactive communicator who can keep campaigns on track with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable working with internal teams (e.g., accounting, legal, creative) and external partners

Senior Demand Planning Associate

About the Role: Beam is seeking a data-driven, strategic Senior Demand Planning Associate to lead forecasting and inventory planning across our DTC, Amazon and Retail channels. You’ll sit at the center of our product flow—owning demand plans, optimizing inventory levels, and helping ensure we meet customer demand. This role works closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align on launches and scale efficiently. This is a unique opportunity to support our growth across channels, and ensure customers get the products they love—exactly when they need them. If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end inventory planning, continuously monitoring sell-through, inventory levels, and purchase needs across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels
  • Forecast demand based on sales trends, marketing initiatives, seasonality, and product pipeline inputs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align on sales forecasts, new product launches, promotions, and lifecycle planning
  • Develop and maintain channel-specific projections that support direct-to-consumer, Amazon, and retail growth

  • Proven experience in both direct-to-consumer and wholesale/retail inventory planning, plus hands-on Amazon (FBA or FBM) inventory management
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in Excel or planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, or similar)

About the role: Beam is looking for a Senior Director of Retail Sales, to define, lead and execute our retail sales strategy, managing key retail partnerships, and building our retail strategy from the ground up. You’ll play a critical role in bringing our brand to shelves across the country, driving growth in Beam’s emerging retail channel. This is a high-impact role for someone who is heavily independently reliable, thrives in ambiguity, is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, and is excited to make their mark at a rapidly scaling business.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead the national retail sales strategy across wholesale, specialty, and big box channels
  • Build and manage relationships with key retail accounts (e.g., Sprouts, Walmart etc.)
  • Own the sales pipeline from prospecting and pitching to deal negotiation, onboarding, and post-launch growth
  • Forecast, track, and report on sales performance, account health, and growth opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, finance, ops, and product teams to ensure strong sell-in and sell-through
  • Build our retail sales playbook with scalable processes, tools, and systems to support future growth

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of retail sales experience, with at least 3–5 years owning national retail accounts in CPG, wellness, beauty, or adjacent consumer industries
  • Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment, ideally having built a retail sales function from the ground up
  • Strong network and relationships with national buyers, brokers, or distributors
  • Analytical and data-driven; comfortable building forecasts, P&Ls, and sales targets

About the Role: Beam is looking for a performance-focused Senior Graphic Designer who will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing visual assets across paid digital channels. Reporting into our Senior Creative Director, you will collaborate closely with marketing, data, and product teams to produce high-performing creatives that drive conversions, and revenue. This role requires a balance of creative vision, attention to detail, and a data-informed approach to design.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop performance-driven creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, display, email, landing pages, and video
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate performance insights and audience data into compelling creative concepts
  • Optimize creative assets through A/B testing and iterate based on performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.)
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and platform best practices to enhance creative effectiveness
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Who You Are:

  • 4-8 years of experience in a performance creative, digital design, or related role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven digital assets (e.g., social ads, banners, landing pages, and video and motion graphics)
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or similar
  • Understanding of performance marketing KPIs and the ability to translate data insights into creative optimizations
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, and/or video editing is a plus
