Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Beam is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will support our marketing efforts across multiple channels, including but not limited to influencer, affiliate and podcast marketing. Split-reporting to our Head of Paid Digital and Head of Influencers and Partnerships, the ideal candidate is a highly organized multitasker with strong communication skills, a knack for relationship-building, and a passion for driving brand growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide ad hoc administrative support for our influencer and podcast marketing teams including but not limited to completing air checks, sending and tracking product orders, and managing partner communications
  • Source, research, and conduct outreach to potential influencer partners aligned with our brand values and company objectives
  • Monitor and update data on influencer and podcast partner performance, campaign results, and partner deliverables
  • Identify and target new partnership opportunities that align with the company’s growth objectives
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner needs ensuring excellent communication, service, and support

Who you are: 

  • 2+ years of experience in partnership coordination, preferably in CPG/DTC businesses
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships and managing high-impact relationships
  • Experience assisting with negotiation of complex deals and partnership agreements is a plus, willingness to learn is a must 
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends

Senior Copywriter

About the Role: 

Beam is looking for a versatile marketing-focused Senior Copywriter with a strong background in email, website, acquisition, organic and paid social media, as well as print and brand-focused copy. Reporting into our Senior Creative Director, this role will be a thought leader in building and maintaining Beam’s voice to consumers. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a knack for direct response writing, and a deep understanding of various marketing channels. This individual will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling copy that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement and conversions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute creative copy for email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and automated workflows
  • Write engaging copy for website landing pages, product descriptions, and blog posts
  • Help build and maintain brand voice and style guidelines across all marketing channels and touchpoints
  • Craft compelling ad copy for digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc., with a focus on driving traffic and conversions
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and ensure that copy and design work seamlessly together
  • Create captivating social media content for organic and paid campaigns that aligns with brand voice and resonates with our audience
  • Generate copy for print materials such as brochures, flyers, and direct mail campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform copywriting strategies
  • Revise and edit existing copy to improve clarity, consistency, and overall effectiveness
  • Partner with Sr. Data Analyst to report on monthly in-market copy performance for executive leadership

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience as a copywriter in a marketing or advertising agency, in-house marketing team, or freelance capacity. CPG/supplement experience is a plus!
  • Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience writing copy for email, website, social media, and advertising campaigns
  • Proficiency in SEO principles and experience optimizing copy for search engines is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to accept feedback
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of copywriting samples across various channels and formats

Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager

About the Role

Beam is looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with strategic B2B and wholesale partnerships at Beam. Reporting into one of our Co-Founders, you will work autonomously to scale new partnerships and play a critical role in driving revenue growth through the development of strong, mutually beneficial relationships with businesses, retailers, and other key stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of B2B sales, wholesale distribution, and partnership management.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Identify and target new B2B and wholesale partnership opportunities that align with the company’s brand and growth objectives
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for scaling the wholesale and B2B channels to drive significant revenue growth
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners, including retailers, distributors, and corporate clients
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing models, and sales terms to maximize revenue potential and profitability
  • Manage ongoing relationships to ensure partner satisfaction, resolve any issues, and explore opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Monitor partner performance and sales metrics, making recommendations for optimizing the partnership when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Operations and Finance to support the execution of partnership strategies.
  • Analyze partnership data and market trends to continuously refine and improve the B2B and wholesale strategy

Who You Are: 

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, B2B sales, or wholesale management, preferably in CPG/DTC businesses
