  • 1 medium very ripe mashed banana

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp runny peanut or nut butter

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp oat flour

  • ½ tsp baking powder

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
