1. Eligibility for Money-Back Guarantee

• This Money-Back Guarantee is valid only for the purchase of Beam Kids Superpowder.
• If your child does not like the taste of Beam Kids Greens, we will provide either store credit or a refund.
• You must contact Beam within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or request store credit. 
• Each customer is only eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee one time per household, regardless of the number of purchases made.

2. How to Request a Refund or Store Credit

• To request either a refund or store credit, you must reach out to Beam's customer service team at hello@beamtlc.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  When contacting customer service, please provide:
  • Your order number.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • A request for either:
    • Beam Store Credit of equal value
    • Refund to Original Payment Method

3. Exclusions

• This Money-Back Guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from Beam (via our official website or authorized channels).
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt; requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for store credit or a refund.
• Each customer is only eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee once for the purchase of Beam Kids Greens. Subsequent purchases are not eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee.

4. Limitations

• This Money-Back Guarantee is available only for the Beam Kids Greens product. It does not apply to any other products purchased alongside Beam Kids Greens.
• Store credit is valid for use on future purchases from Beam and is not redeemable for cash.

5. Processing Time

• Refunds to your original payment method will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product.
• Store credit will be issued immediately once the return request is approved.
