About the Role:
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to lead the design of Beam’s website and account experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping how customers discover, shop, and engage with our brand online—creating designs that are not only beautiful but also drive performance. What You’ll Do:
- Lead design and user experience for Beam’s website, customer account, and digital touch points.

About the role: Beam is looking for a Senior Director of Retail Sales, to define, lead and execute our retail sales strategy, managing key retail partnerships, and building our retail strategy from the ground up. You’ll play a critical role in bringing our brand to shelves across the country, driving growth in Beam’s emerging retail channel. This is a high-impact role for someone who is heavily independently reliable, thrives in ambiguity, is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, and is excited to make their mark at a rapidly scaling business.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the national retail sales strategy across wholesale, specialty, and big box channels
- Build and manage relationships with key retail accounts (e.g., Sprouts, Walmart etc.)
- Own the sales pipeline from prospecting and pitching to deal negotiation, onboarding, and post-launch growth
- Forecast, track, and report on sales performance, account health, and growth opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, finance, ops, and product teams to ensure strong sell-in and sell-through

Who You Are

Now, we’re ready to take our TikTok presence to the next level—and we’re hiring our first dedicated Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing (TikTok) to make it happen.
This is an exciting opportunity for a growth-obsessed, creative operator to build Beam’s TikTok influencer program from the ground up. Beam is one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the U.S.—and TikTok Shop is becoming one of our biggest growth bets. We’re hiring a Director of TikTok Shop Marketing to lead, own, and scale this program profitably.
This isn’t a traditional media role—this is about building and running a business unit within Beam. You’ll have full P&L responsibility for TikTok Shop, managing spend, revenue, and profitability, while scaling one of the most dynamic new sales channels in commerce.
This role reports directly to our Chief Growth Officer and will give you the chance to combine entrepreneurship, performance marketing, and channel ownership in a way that’s rare in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Own the TikTok Shop P&L: manage revenue, margin, and spend with an eye on profitability every single day.
- Develop and scale the TikTok Shop growth strategy: set goals, forecast results, and build the playbook for scaling Beam on the platform.
- Source, recruit, and activate top creators and affiliates: partner with influencers to drive high-volume, high-ROI campaigns.
- Run paid amplification: oversee spark ads, creator amplification, and other TikTok ad formats to maximize profitable sales.
- Optimize constantly: analyze what’s working (creatives, offers, creators, ads) and reinvest quickly into profitable levers.
- Build reporting dashboards: track GMV, ROAS, CAC, and profit by creator, campaign, and cohort.
- Act as the in-house TikTok Shop expert: stay on top of platform updates, marketplace trends, and competitor activity.
TikTok Shop Live Strategy
- Design and lead our TikTok Live roadmap: from identifying the right hosts and creators to structuring programming, promotions, and offers.
- Experiment with live formats: test different show types, cadences, and content strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Own live performance KPIs: measure success by GMV per live, conversion rates, and profitability.
- Scale Live as a growth driver: integrate live shopping into the broader TikTok Shop funnel to make it a repeatable, profitable channel.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a team: hire, train, and manage a team dedicated to TikTok Shop (creators, campaign managers, live specialists).
- Develop playbooks for scale: systematize processes for creator onboarding, content testing, and campaign execution.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration: work hand-in-hand with creative, ecommerce, influencer, and finance teams to accelerate results.
Who You Are
- 5–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketplace commerce, ideally within DTC or social commerce.
- Strong track record of scaling paid social (Meta/TikTok) with a clear focus on profitability.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads, or affiliate/influencer-driven commerce.
- Commercially minded: you’ve managed budgets, negotiated deals, and understand how to run a P&L.
- Analytical but scrappy: you know how to track the right metrics, but can also make quick decisions to keep growth moving.
- Entrepreneurial operator: you can build and scale a channel with minimal playbook or oversight.
- Team builder: proven ability to hire, mentor, and manage a small but mighty team.

About the Role:
Beam is looking for a performance-focused Senior Graphic Designer who will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing visual assets across paid digital channels. Reporting into our Senior Creative Director, you will collaborate closely with marketing, data, and product teams to produce high-performing creatives that drive conversions, and revenue. This role requires a balance of creative vision, attention to detail, and a data-informed approach to design.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop performance-driven creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, display, email, landing pages, and video
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate performance insights and audience data into compelling creative concepts
- Optimize creative assets through A/B testing and iterate based on performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.)
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and platform best practices to enhance creative effectiveness
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Support the creative team when necessary across email, social, packaging, and other brand channels.
Who You Are:
- 4-8 years of experience in a performance creative, digital design, or related role.

We’ve built a thriving DTC business, expanded into retail, and are scaling rapidly across new channels. We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing for consumer packaged goods (CPG) in the food and beverage industry, with a keen eye for both brand storytelling and technical precision. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including brand, marketing, and operations to bring our products to life on-shelf and online.
What You’ll Do
- Create compelling, on-brand packaging for new and existing products across various formats and product skus
- Maintain and evolve visual identity systems across packaging lines to ensure cohesive brand presentation
- Prepare dielines, finalize artwork, and ensure all mechanicals meet printer specifications
- Collaborate with the creative team to support projects across email, paid acquisition, and other brand channels.
