our team in the following roles:

Email & Retention Marketing Manager

About the Role: In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our email and SMS marketing campaigns, with a focus on converting new leads and reactivating lapsed customers on our list. You’ll be deeply hands-on in Klaviyo and Attentive, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and experimentation to drive results. Reporting to our VP of Lifecycle & Subscriber Growth, you’ll have the opportunity to flex your strategic and creative muscles—contributing to copy, concepts, and design for campaigns. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Plan, build, and optimize promotional email & SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive
  • Develop segmentation strategies and A/B tests to maximize engagement &  conversion
  • Own campaign reporting and performance analysis, turning insights into action.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, growth, and product teams to align messaging, timing, and promotional strategies
  • Concept and write email/SMS copy with an understanding of voice, tone, and brand positioning
  • Design lightweight email graphics or templates in Figma and troubleshoot basic HTML/CSS for email formatting
    Monitor deliverability, list health, compliance, and performance metrics

Who You Are: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in email and retention marketing, with hands-on experience in Klaviyo and Attentive (or comparable tools)
  • Strong grasp of HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshooting
  • Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Figma for light design and layout creation
  • Analytical mindset—you love digging for trends and using data to prove out your ideas 
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Experience working at a DTC brand (especially on Shopify).
  • Experience working with Klaviyo, Attentive, reCharge (or similar tools) is a plus

Senior Demand Planning Associate

About the Role: Beam is seeking a data-driven, strategic Senior Demand Planning Associate to lead forecasting and inventory planning across our DTC, Amazon and Retail channels. You’ll sit at the center of our product flow—owning demand plans, optimizing inventory levels, and helping ensure we meet customer demand. This role works closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align on launches and scale efficiently. This is a unique opportunity to support our growth across channels, and ensure customers get the products they love—exactly when they need them. If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end inventory planning, continuously monitoring sell-through, inventory levels, and purchase needs across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels
  • Forecast demand based on sales trends, marketing initiatives, seasonality, and product pipeline inputs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align on sales forecasts, new product launches, promotions, and lifecycle planning
  • Develop and maintain channel-specific projections that support direct-to-consumer, Amazon, and retail growth
  • Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities, communicating insights to key stakeholders
  • Provide inventory strategies that reduce stockouts and overages while optimizing working capital
  • Monitor and manage SKU performance, phasing strategies, and replenishment timing-including Amazon FBA replenishment planning
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business planning cycles with clear, actionable reporting
  • Continuously improve planning processes and tools to support scalability and transparency across the business

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain in a DTC, retail, and/or Amazon environment
  • Proven experience in both direct-to-consumer and wholesale/retail inventory planning, plus hands-on Amazon (FBA or FBM) inventory management
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in Excel or planning tools
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working with product launches and marketing-driven demand shifts
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team priorities
  • Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments

Senior Director of Retail

Senior Director of Retail Sales

About the role: Beam is looking for a Senior Director of Retail Sales, to define, lead and execute our retail sales strategy, managing key retail partnerships, and building our retail strategy from the ground up. You’ll play a critical role in bringing our brand to shelves across the country, driving growth in Beam’s emerging retail channel. This is a high-impact role for someone who is heavily independently reliable, thrives in ambiguity, is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, and is excited to make their mark at a rapidly scaling business.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead the national retail sales strategy across wholesale, specialty, and big box channels
  • Build and manage relationships with key retail accounts (e.g., Sprouts, Walmart etc.)
  • Own the sales pipeline from prospecting and pitching to deal negotiation, onboarding, and post-launch growth
  • Forecast, track, and report on sales performance, account health, and growth opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, finance, ops, and product teams to ensure strong sell-in and sell-through
  • Build our retail sales playbook with scalable processes, tools, and systems to support future growth

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of retail sales experience, with at least 3–5 years owning national retail accounts in CPG, wellness, beauty, or adjacent consumer industries
  • Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment, ideally having built a retail sales function from the ground up
  • Strong network and relationships with national buyers, brokers, or distributors
  • Analytical and data-driven; comfortable building forecasts, P&Ls, and sales targets
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with a proven ability to influence internally and externally
  • Strategic thinker and skilled negotiator, but also happy to roll up your sleeves and execute
  • Passionate about the consumer space and excited to shape the future of our retail footprint
