About the Role: Beam is seeking a Director of eCommerce to oversee and manage Beam’s online storefront, sales and presence, working cross-functionally with our marketing, product and customer experience teams. Working in both a tactical and strategic capacity, you will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on Beam’s success through a combination of strategic planning, digital marketing, technology management, and data analysis.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from product discovery to purchase, including website design, user experience, and conversion rate optimization
  • Build and execute the commercial plan to drive growth on DTC; this includes, GWPs, sampling, bundles; and anything else that will drive sales growth, AOV, and conversion rate. 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Shopify platform, ensuring accurate product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Manage and optimize our Shopify Plus stores, including design, functionality, and integrations.
  • Build and execute the commercial plan to drive growth on DTC; this includes, GWPs, sampling, bundles; and anything else that will drive overall growth and productivity on the channel

About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Creative Director to drive the social media strategy and deliver on-brand content across social channels - working in both a strategic and task-oriented capacity. This person must be passionate about social trends, love all things content creation, is extremely organized, and has the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.


What You’ll Do

  • Plan, manage and execute social media vision to drive brand discovery, customer engagement and sales
  • Research relevant trending content on a daily basis and report back to the team
  • Ideate and develop creative ideas for paid social ads - designed to drive growth (revenue) and customer engagement

  • Work to enhance site content, SEO and merchandising of product descriptions and data
  • Generate and deliver weekly and monthly reporting, including sales, promotions, conversion, etc
  • Analyze and interpret data to uncover successes and opportunities that will assist in delivering objectives
  • Manage day-to-day Amazon operations including but not limited to creating & monitoring active product offerings, product ranking, inventory management, and enhancing Beam’s presence on Amazon.com 
  • Maintain & monitor product reviews and customer feedback to ensure a high seller rating, customer feedback scores, and account health, and provide a continuous feedback loop to Growth, Finance and Product team

Who You Are:  

  • 5-7 years of experience growing a DTC business on Amazon
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, make timely decisions, anticipate problems and adjust as priorities shift 
  •  Is a detail-oriented, self-starter who is independently reliable

About the Role: Beam is seeking a Chief of Staff to support our Co-CEOs, Chief Growth Officer, and VP of Finance in executing their top priorities and the priorities of the business as a whole. In this role, you will act as the leadership team’s right hand in helping them shape their agendas and calendars, ensuring they stay on top of business commitments. You will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward in both a tactical and strategic capacity, from hands-on calendar management to strategically moving projects forward. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and brings curiosity and a positive, can-do attitude. The ideal candidate must be able to manage shifting timelines, deliverables and communications.

What you’ll do: 

  • Strategically move projects forward and own the execution of company-wide OKRs
  • Ensure the executive team’s calendars are running smoothly, from time allocation to managing to-do lists and agendas
  • Lead special projects for the areas each member of the leadership team oversees
  • Serve as a swiss army knife for solving any problem, remaining agile to business needs
  • Project manage key business initiatives by owning timelines and communications for all key engagements and decisions, and when needed act as his stand-in
  • Assist in ad hoc executive assistant tasks as needed for leadership team

Who you are:

About the Role: Are you ready to lead and shape the future of paid social strategy for a fast-growing wellness brand? We're searching for an experienced Paid Social Lead to manage and scale our efforts across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. You’ll be responsible for guiding our paid social strategy, budget, media planning, forecasting, and driving continuous improvement through testing and data analysis.This role is central to our success. You’ll work closely with creative and brand teams, ensuring every campaign is executed with excellence and optimized for maximum growth. Reporting to executives, you’ll also be responsible for collaborating with platform partners to drive innovation and results.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead Paid Social Strategy: Own the paid social strategy, budget, and media planning for Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms, ensuring campaigns are aligned with our growth and profitability goals.
  • Forecasting & Roadmap: Develop forecasting models, testing roadmaps, and measurement plans to optimize performance across all paid social channels.
  • Ongoing Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights. Present actionable results and insights to internal teams and executives, driving strategy shifts as needed.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct platform audits, develop innovative strategies, and implement optimizations that lead to best-in-class execution and results for the business.

Who You Are: 

  • 7-8 years of experience managing paid social channels with an emphasis on strategy, execution, and scaling.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets (8-figure annual spend) while optimizing for profitability and performance.
  • Expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads, including platform audits, strategies, and ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in developing forecasting models, running testing roadmaps, and driving insights to action.
  • Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and external creative agency partners to develop and execute innovative paid social creative that drives performance.
  • History of collaborating with brand, creative, and media teams to produce high-performing paid social campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience managing platform partnerships and client leadership interactions.
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, preferably in the wellness space.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring efficient and timely execution of projects that meet or exceed objectives.
